City Centre Management

At the heart of all the exciting changes and developments taking place in and around Sunderland City Centre is the City Centre Management initiative, who’s aim is to ensure that everyone within the area – and out of it – knows what a great place Sunderland City Centre is.

The City Centre Management team works in close partnership with all of the organisations and stakeholders in Sunderland with a common aim, ensuring that the city is a great place to live, work, visit and do business.

The City Centre Management team is there to help in a number of ways – working on the ground with local companies to help them get the most of Sunderland and at the same time extolling the virtues of Sunderland City Centre to those outside the area and letting them know that this is THE city in which to invest.
